When I was putting together my most recent 101 in 1001 list, I knew I wanted a solid section for cooking and food. I’m not the most comfortable in the kitchen, but I want to be.
When brainstorming ideas, I realized a great way to practice would be to cook my way through an entire cookbook.
(I’m not exactly sure where the idea came from, but I can almost guarantee Angela was involved in it.)
See, one of the most intimidating aspects of cooking for me is deciding what the heck to make. But if I tell myself to cook every single recipe in a book, the decision is already (almost) made for me.
Then came the fun part: picking out the cookbook. And honestly, it didn’t take me very long. I purchased both of Chrissy Teigen’s cookbooks and then browsed through both, picking the one that had the highest percentage of recipes that I was excited about.

And that’s when I settled on Cravings: Hungry for More! I’ve already got a few recipes completed, and I plan to do regular check-ins where I review the recipes I make. Stay tuned—there are 103 recipes for me to make!
