Sunday Scratches is where I share the little stuff that has happened throughout the week. In hockey, “scratches” are people who are on the roster but do not play in the game. On the blog, “scratches” are the things that have happened to me throughout the week that aren’t necessarily big enough to be an entire post.

Happy Sunday! Here are the scratches from the week.
My Passion Planner Dailies arrived yesterday! They weren’t scheduled to arrive until Monday, but luckily they showed up early, and I’m so excited about it. They’re even more beautiful than I imagined. I already started using the first one! Stay tuned for an updated review / how I use the Dailies in conjunction with my regular Passion Planner.
I traveled to Dayton, Ohio for work on Monday and Tuesday. It was… a lot of driving. Literally an entire 8-hour workday’s worth of driving. But luckily, I get paid for all of my travel and am restricted to 40 hours per week, so thanks to all of the extra driving time I was able to take Friday off!
On the drive down, I binged a bunch of episodes of Radiolab. Have you ever listened to it? I love it. My favorites of my drive were Dinopocalypse Redux and Alpha Gal.
Also in looking up those links for you I saw this letter that Robert Krulwich is retiring and I’m so sad about it.
I’ve been streaming a lot of Christmas movies lately. So far I’ve watched Holiday in the Wild, Let It Snow, A Christmas Prince, A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding, A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby, Christmas Inheritance, The Holiday Calendar, The Knight Before Christmas, and the Kacey Musgraves Christmas Show. Don’t @ me, I’ve loved every second of it (even during the shitty movies).
I also treated myself to Last Christmas in theatres on Wednesday night. I went by myself, got a tub of popcorn and a frozen Coke / cherry mix, and got there before the pre-preview ads even started. It was magical.
In Case You Missed It…
