Sunday Scratches is where I share the little stuff that has happened throughout the week. In hockey, “scratches” are people who are on the roster but do not play in the game. On the blog, “scratches” are the things that have happened to me throughout the week that aren’t necessarily big enough to be an entire post.

Happy Sunday! Here are the scratches for the week.
It seemed like spring was here for a second there, and then… it snowed again today. Well, sleet might be a more accurate description. Either way, it was cold and gross.
That being said, I’m feeling a light at the end of the tunnel. (You know I’m feeling hopeful when my wish list consists of eye shadow, shoes, and pants.) I have my first vaccine appointment tomorrow (🥳🥳🥳) and Sean’s is scheduled for early April. We’re getting close, guys!
Yesterday, we drove up to Grand Rapids to pick up our new dining room table and chairs, which is one of the biggest “trips” we’ve done in a while! We sold our old set on Facebook and got the new one set up this morning. We’re keeping it set for four, but when we can have company again, it can expand to seat six. It’s such a nice piece of furniture and I’m really excited to have dinner parties again.
Other than that, this week wasn’t terribly eventful at the Honard household. I’ve got some things coming up work-wise, but other than that, I sat around reading, watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and playing Animal Crossing to try to decompress from work.
Today I’ve just been relaxing in preparation for a big week ahead. I feel like we have 3457349862 things launching on April 1, so it will be an eventful week for sure! Wish me luck!
