Sunday Scratches is where I share the little stuff that has happened throughout the week. In hockey, “scratches” are people who are on the roster but do not play in the game. On the blog, “scratches” are the things that have happened to me throughout the week that aren’t necessarily big enough to be an entire post.

Happy Sunday! I hope you’re staying warm! Here are the scratches.
The Week in Review
It was a cold week! The elementary school near me was actually closed 3 days this week—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. What a screwy week for those kids! (But I’m a bit jealous, if we’re honest).
Because it was so cold, I basically never left the house. I had Monday off for MLK Day and was actually really productive! On my days off, I’ve been sharing my to do lists over on Instagram Stories if you want to follow along with me!
And speaking of Instagram, on Monday I decided to put my And Possibly Dinosaurs Instagram account on hiatus and move everything over to my personal Instagram account, @caitlinhonard. I’d love it if you gave me a follow!
I finished up Grace and Frankie Season 5 this week, and I loved it! It’s such a fun, light-hearted show. I’m excited that they renewed it for a 6th season!
We also watched the movie Io on Netflix (it was weird…) and Downsizing on Amazon Prime (also weird, but much more enjoyable).
On Thursday, we had free tickets to a beer and food pairing at Gonzo’s BiggDogg Brewing! It was put on by our local library, and it was a blast! We got an entire meal and 3 beer samples for free, plus we got to meet some really cool people. And one of the samples was a dark beer (Into the Night with Coffee—so good!) which means I’m at 24 of 25 dark beers for my 101 in 1001 list!
And I wasn’t kidding when I said I didn’t really leave the house. When we went to Gonzo’s, I realized it was the first time I got in a car in about 2 weeks.
In my spare time, I’ve been doing a lot of reading. My goal is 100 pages per day when I don’t have to work! I’m so close to finishing A Clash of Kings, which is the second book in the A Song of Ice and Fire series (ie Game of Thrones). Hoping to finish it today! Keep up with my progress over on Goodreads.
